Welcome to Five Star Events. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
Services
Five Star Events provides professional event planning, design, and coordination services. All services will be outlined in a written agreement or invoice and are subject to availability and confirmation.
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of services.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for any additional payments made will be at the discretion of Five Star Events and based on the timing of the cancellation and any costs already incurred.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details and maintaining open communication throughout the planning process. Any changes to the event scope must be communicated and may result in additional fees.
Vendor Relationships
While we may recommend third-party vendors, Five Star Events is not liable for the performance or services provided by any external vendors. Clients are responsible for reviewing and signing vendor contracts directly.
Unforeseen Circumstances
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
Use of Images
By agreeing to our services, you grant Five Star Events permission to use photographs or videos from your event for marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the planning or execution of your event.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes prior to their event date.
